Yes, shipping costs depend on your delivery location and the number of robots ordered. Typically, shipping ranges from $200 to $1000+, based on the rates provided by the freight carrier.

Our robots require specialized handling and transportation due to their size and technical nature. To ensure safe and secure delivery, we work with professional freight providers, which can increase shipping costs.

Absolutely. If you prefer to use your own shipping provider, we’re happy to coordinate with you. This can be arranged after your order is placed.

  • Factory orders: May take up to 45 days
  • Rush delivery: Available at an additional cost (typically 2–3 weeks total)

We’ll always keep you updated throughout the process.

To begin processing your order, we require a minimum 70% upfront payment. For items not currently in stock, this allows us to place orders directly with the factory on your behalf.

Yes, we do. Our service includes on-site setup and one full day of staff training by our engineer for Maryland (DMV) locations. The training schedule will be arranged once your robots are delivered. For locations which are over 150 miles travel and hotel cost for the Engineer will be added.

Yes, all robots come with a standard 90-day factory warranty. If any issues arise during this period, our engineer can visit your location to assist with resolution.

Yes, extended warranty plans are available for approximately $500 to $600 per year per unit. For larger orders (6 or more units), we’re happy to discuss custom pricing.

The extended warranty includes up to two on-site maintenance visits per year by our engineer to ensure your robots continue to operate smoothly.

Yes, routine care helps ensure optimal performance.

  • Cleaning robots should be emptied at least once a week (or more frequently based on usage)
